no problem with covers, the problem lies within the fact she didn't credit the rightful owners, i mean hell we get charged or blocked if we use material without properly citing our sources, why should artists do it without problem?

JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP AND ENJOY THE MUSIC.
So what? Birdy did a cover, and she did not ruin it. It's amazing in her own style. Doing a cover doesn't necessarily mean it's a must to do exactly as the original, coz you know, you just can't. Nevertheless both versions are awesome.
