Acne sucks. Even though I got chicks, it never lasted because I was insecure of my skin. I rarly get zits but have scars and still insecure at 33 yrs old.

if anybody has acne and drinks alot of concentrated orange or fruit juice please stop. i not iced a direct link between the two. i had acne for years and years. with boils too. had accutane and cured it!!!!!! but started drinking lots of orange juice and it started to come back. stopped drinking the juice??? hey presto... gone. then i still wasnt sure untill it happened again. exactly the same, and then with eating lots of apples. researched and it can happen as it causes a Ph inbalance.
